Q: Why won’t my hearing aids connect to my phone or app?
Please make sure:
Bluetooth is turned on
The hearing aids are fully charged
Your phone system is compatible
For best performance, it is recommended to use:
iOS 15 or above
Android 7.0 or above
If connection issues continue, restart both the hearing aids and your phone, then try pairing again.
